RedotPay FAQ Malaysia
Quick answers for Malaysians checking RedotPay card, fees, KYC, local payment backup, USDT deposit and support evidence.
Start with these checks
If you are new to RedotPay in Malaysia, start with app source, KYC, card type, fee screen and a small first deposit. Those checks answer most problems before they happen.
Do not treat RedotPay as the same thing as DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost or a Malaysian bank account. Keep local payment backup ready for QR-only merchants.
- Official app source first.
- KYC and fee screen before card fee.
- Small first transfer before larger balance.
Card and fee questions
Official RedotPay references list 10 USD for virtual card application and 100 USD for physical card application. The current app amount is still the final check before payment.
FX, selected merchant fee, ATM cost, crypto network fee and pending holds are different from the card application fee.
- Virtual card is usually for online use first.
- Physical card adds delivery, PIN, ATM and travel checks.
- Save fee screen and receipt.
Deposit and local payment questions
For USDT or USDC deposit, match token, network, address and minimum deposit. Save TXID before moving more balance.
For local Malaysia payments, decide whether the merchant wants card, DuitNow QR, bank app or e-wallet. The correct method depends on the merchant screen.
- Network must match exactly.
- DuitNow QR is not a card terminal.
- Use wallet for QR-only counters.
